This includes category leadership for Apartments.com (1,300% growth over ten years) and Homes.com, brand and performance marketing leadership for Honda (#1 selling SUV in the US), and the creation and scale of the We Are Farmers ® platform for Farmers Insurance (16% lift in consideration). My work helped lead La-Z-Boy to 42 quarters of consecutive year-over-year sales growth and recognition by AdAge as one of the 5 top rebrands of 2025.

I build integrated marketing systems that connect brand, performance, data, and technology into a single operating model across the customer journey. I have built and led large cross-functional teams across strategy, analytics, media, marketing technology, and experience design, with clear standards for accountability and execution.

This work has been recognized with Sustained Success Effie Awards, Cannes Lions, and individual honors from Campaign US and Digiday. I contribute to the industry through leadership roles with the 4As and ANA, advisory work, and speaking engagements. Since 2019 I have served as Program Director for the 4As Institute of Advanced Advertising Studies.
